Who We Are
You have my word on it.
Our core focus lies in the area of Trust. In our world, entrusting Canterbury to manage your retirement plan implies the following on our part:
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the retirement plan industry and the ever-changing federal regulations that govern qualified retirement plans;
- Communicating with the highest level of professionalism and listening to and understanding your business objectives;
- Anticipating your plan needs and being proactive with plan design options;
- Supporting by providing unparalleled individualized client service;
Results proven track record of successful retirement plans.
We work closely with CPA’s, Attorney’s and Financial Advisors to develop strategies that help them win and retain clients and/or provide a value added service to their own practice by referring the business owner to a trusted and experienced partner.
CBS is distinguished from other practitioners by offering a single individual for your personal point of contact giving you direct access via phone and email. You will not be assigned to a “team – first-available-representative”, but will have one contact that is responsible for all aspects of your plan administration. This single point-of-contact approach affords us the opportunity to evaluate your plan and adjust for any change in demography—to provide “consulting” that is often overlooked in the “first-available” representative environment.
